Product Overview

The HLFS grinder crushes floating debris and fibrous materials in wastewater into tiny particles of about 6–10 mm, allowing them to be easily processed in downstream treatment steps. Unlike traditional screening equipment, there is no need for manual dredging or disposal of large residues.

This grinder can be installed underground, making buried pumping stations possible and effectively containing unpleasant odors. By minimizing odor, it helps prevent problems caused by flies and mosquitoes. Moreover, it significantly reduces land footprint, lowers overall construction and operating costs, and contributes to a cleaner environment.
